Frequently asked questions
How is this different from cold email tools?
Most tools give you a list and a sending tool, and you decide who to write to. Selamly researches first: it examines each company's website, scores how well it fits you with a reason and finds signals that it needs you right now. It only writes to good fits, with a message made for that company.
Are emails sent in my name?
Yes. Emails go out in your name from dedicated sending domains, separate from your main domain, which is never used for sending. Replies come to you.
Will my main domain end up in spam?
No. Your main domain is never used for sending. Separate domains and mailboxes are opened and start warming up; warming continues gradually alongside sending over the first weeks, and the mailboxes are monitored continuously.
When will I see results?
New mailboxes warm up for a few days first; the first emails start about 3 days in, a few per day, and grow as the mailboxes warm up. Meanwhile your lead list is built and shown in your dashboard.
Will results improve over time?
Yes, your agent learns. It picks 5 different audiences that could buy from you and tests them all: audiences that get interested replies get more companies, and an audience that gets no results after a fair test is replaced with a neighbouring one. It also measures which messages get more replies, and it never stops exploring. Your weekly report shows what it learned and what it changed. Marking a company as a customer in your dashboard is the strongest signal your agent learns from.
Who is it for?

Which countries do you send to?
Right now, businesses in the US, during US business hours and in English. Your company can be based anywhere.
Is it compliant?
Yes. In the US, B2B email is allowed under CAN-SPAM: every email includes the sender, a postal address and an easy way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored immediately. Your main domain is never used; sending happens from separate domains. Anyone who opts out has their whole company domain blocked and never hears from any Selamly customer again. We never write to personal addresses like Gmail.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Enter your website and approve your ideal customer. Selamly handles domains, mailboxes and DNS.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial, because every account gets its own sending domains and mailboxes, set up and warming up from day one. Instead, you can enter your website and see your best-fit companies for free, without signing up. What counts as an "interested reply" for the guarantee?
A real person who wants to talk or asks for details, pricing, a call or a meeting. Auto-replies, "not now", "remove me" and wrong-person replies don't count. You accept this definition when you start. Every interested reply stays in your dashboard with its original text; if you disagree, you flag it within 7 days with one click and it doesn't count. If there's no final interested reply in your first 60 days, your next month is free, automatically.
