Who we are
Selamly (selamly.com) finds B2B customers for companies with AI and sends emails on their behalf. Selamly is operated by Erkan Ekom LLC (3422 Old Capitol Trl, Ste 700, Wilmington, DE 19808-6124, USA). Questions: [email protected].
Information from our customers
Account details: name, title, email address, company website and country. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy; your card details never reach us.
Information about the companies we contact
We find the companies we write to on our customers' behalf from public sources (the companies' own websites). We use only business email addresses published on the company's website, the company name and business information shown there.
Every email includes an opt-out. People who opt out, or whose address bounces, are permanently suppressed and will not hear from any Selamly customer again.
How we use information
To provide the service: analyzing your company, finding suitable companies, writing emails on your behalf and showing replies in your dashboard. An AI provider (Anthropic) is used to write and classify text.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Hosting (Railway), domains and DNS (Porkbun, Cloudflare), mailboxes (Inboxkit, Google Workspace), AI (Anthropic), payments (Lemon Squeezy). They process information only to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is open. You can request deletion of your account and data at [email protected]. Suppression records are kept so that no further emails are sent.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
To improve the site we keep our own cookieless visit statistics: which pages are viewed, for how long, where the visit came from (e.g. a search engine) and the country. IP addresses are not stored; the visitor ID is a daily-rotating hash that cannot be traced back to a person. This data is not shared with third parties.
