How it works

How Selamly works

No black box. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you enter your website, and what you control.

  1. 1

    We read your website

Selamly reads your site to understand what you sell, who you sell to and how to pitch it. You see the summary and can change anything.

  2. 2

    We find companies that fit

From public sources in your country (company websites, open business maps and company registers), Selamly finds companies that match your ideal customer. Before you pay, you see your market size, your best-fit companies and the first email it would send.

  3. 3

    Every company is researched

Selamly reads each company's website, gives it a fit score from 1 to 5 with a reason, and looks for timing signals such as hiring or a new location. Only the best fits are contacted; the rest are never emailed.

  4. 4

Your own sending domain and mailboxes

We register a separate domain for you, like get[yourbrand].com, that redirects to your website, and open 3 mailboxes in your name on it. Your main domain is never used for sending, so its reputation stays safe. If you stop, the mailboxes are closed and the domain is retired.

  5. 5

    Warm-up first, then personal emails

New mailboxes warm up first. The first emails go out around day 3, a few per mailbox per day, and grow to full volume in about four weeks. Each company gets a personal first email and up to 2 follow-ups, in its language and during its business hours. Every email is checked before it goes out.

  6. 6

    Replies come to you

Replies are sorted automatically. When someone is interested, you get an alert and a suggested answer. By default, nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval.

  7. 7

    It learns every week

Selamly measures which industries, cities and messages bring replies and puts more weight on what works. Your weekly report shows what it learned.
